满贯集团控股有限公司（03390）8月14日公告称，经对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合管理账目进行初步评估，预计期内将实现不少于约6百万元的除税前溢利，较2025年上半年约7.4百万元的除税前亏损实现扭亏为盈。
公司指出，业绩好转主要源于两方面：一是行政开支及财务成本减少；二是2026年上半年出售一间附属公司录得约4.3百万元收益，带动其他收入及收益增长。
满贯集团表示，相关财务数据尚未经过核数师或董事会审核委员会审阅，最终业绩将载于计划于2026年8月底前发布的中期业绩公告。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
