QUAM PLUS FIN (00952) announced that on August 18, 2025, the company resolved to renew its restricted share award plan for a second time, extending the plan for an additional five years from August 19, 2025 to August 18, 2030.
In connection with the continued operation of the plan, on August 18, 2025, the company (as settlor) and the trustee entered into a second amended and restated deed, extending the trust period under the trust deed and the trustee's appointment until August 18, 2030.
