百融云-W于2026年6月4日发布截至2026年5月31日的证券变动月报表。公告显示，公司注册股本合计维持在2,500,000,000股（其中B类普通股2,000,000,000股、A类普通股500,000,000股），面值均为每股0.00002美元，注册股本总额保持50,000美元不变。
本月B类普通股已发行数量由上月底的377,149,340股增至377,164,340股，增加15,000股；B类普通股库藏股份仍为18,145,500股。A类普通股在期内无变动，保持在72,708,830股。另据公告，公司2019年8月26日采纳的股份激励计划有15,000股期权成功行使，募集资金共计人民币3,000元；同时，2021年3月16日和2024年6月21日采纳的两项购股权计划中分别有65,000股及73,000股B类普通股期权在本月内失效。期内未发生任何购回或注销股份的记录。
截至2026年5月末，公司确认已满足香港联交所《上市规则》所规定的最低公众持股量要求，整体股本结构保持稳定。公告由执行董事、主席兼行政总裁张韶峰签署。
