知情人士透露，若提名获得通过，Pentwater资本将帮助派拉蒙巩固抵御外部收购的防御阵线。当前派拉蒙旗下拥有派拉蒙影业、CBS电视网及流媒体平台Paramount+等核心资产，其内容库与用户基础正引发行业巨头觊觎。
