Pacific Online Limited (00543) announced that its authorized share capital remained at 100,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each as of 31 October 2025, maintaining a total authorized capital of HKD 1,000,000,000. The issued share capital also stood unchanged at 1,135,597,667 shares.
According to the disclosure, no new issuance or redemption of shares took place during the reporting period, and there were no treasury shares in place. The company’s existing share option plan did not result in any newly issued shares for the month, leaving the total number of shares that may be issued under the plan at 113,320,566. No other warrants or convertibles were outstanding.
