Playmates Holdings (635) Issues Update on 2025 Performance Driven by Playmates Toys (869)

Playmates Holdings Limited (635) announced an expected downturn in its consolidated financial performance due to the anticipated results of its major subsidiary, Playmates Toys Limited (869). According to preliminary figures, Playmates Toys projects revenue of approximately HK$512 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, compared to HK$931 million in the previous year. The subsidiary also foresees a net loss of about HK$15 million, contrasting with a net profit of HK$132 million in 2024.

Playmates Holdings indicated that the Group’s final 2025 financial statements are still being prepared and will be published on 13 March 2026. Shareholders and investors have been advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares, given the potential impact of these numbers on the Group’s overall results.
