TIBET WATER (01115) announced that the board of directors of Tibet Water Resources Limited (the Company, together with its subsidiaries as the Group) proposes to change the company's English name from "Tibet Water Resources Ltd." to "5100 Xizang Glacier Company Limited," and to change the company's dual foreign Chinese name from "西藏水资源有限公司" to "5100藏冰川有限公司" (the "Proposed Change of Company Name").
