瑞森生活服务（01922）3月24日晚间发布正面盈利预告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得不少于人民币0.65亿元的净利润，而上年度同期公司净亏损约0.206亿元，实现显著扭亏为盈。 \n\n公司表示，业绩转正主要归因于两方面：一是金融资产减值损失净额较上一年度减少约0.459亿元；二是上一年度计提的约0.537亿元停车位按金减值损失在本年度不再出现。 \n\n瑞森生活服务补充，目前年度综合业绩仍在编制中，相关数据未经审计，最终结果或有调整。公司预计将于2026年3月31日披露年度业绩。 \n\n值得注意的是，瑞森生活服务股份自2024年8月28日9时04分起在港交所暂停买卖，暂停状态将继续维持，直至另行通知。
