ELATE HOLDINGS (00076) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Yi Li Graphite Limited and Goldpay Limited signed a cooperation agreement on October 10, 2025. Under this agreement, Goldpay will issue utility blockchain vouchers (Code 76 or V76) with the subsidiary as the primary application party. Upon issuance, the vouchers will be listed on cryptocurrency exchanges for 24-hour trading against mainstream stablecoins. V76 vouchers can be used to exchange for bulk commodities such as graphite, petroleum, and mineral products, or related services on the subsidiary's "Jin Ku 76 Platform". These commodities and services will come from companies currently and future partnering with the Jin Ku 76 Platform, thereby expanding V76's application scenarios.
