Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited disclosed that it bought back 207,000 ordinary shares on 8 October 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HK$1.05 to HK$1.08, for a total consideration of HK$0.22 million. The repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the share count.
The company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.08 billion shares pending cancellation of the repurchased stock.
Under the share-buyback mandate approved on 10 June 2026—authorising up to 211.29 million shares—Zhou Hei Ya has so far repurchased 13.79 million shares, representing 0.65% of the shares outstanding at the date of the mandate. This leaves a balance of about 197.50 million shares that could still be repurchased under the current authority.
Including transactions executed between 1 June and 8 October 2026, a total of 15.79 million shares (approximately 0.76% of the present share base) have been bought back and are awaiting cancellation.
Pursuant to Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 7 November 2026.
