CEOVU Postpones Circular on 2026 Facility Agreement; New Dispatch Deadline Set for 31 July 2026

China Electronics Optics Valley Union Holding Company Limited (CEOVU) announced a delay in issuing its shareholder circular related to the 2026 Facility Agreement—classified as a continuing connected transaction.

Originally scheduled for release on or before 29 June 2026, the circular will now be dispatched no later than 31 July 2026. The company cited the need for additional time to compile and finalise requisite information.

The forthcoming circular is expected to provide: 1. Full terms of the 2026 Facility Agreement, accompanying guarantee and charges, and proposed transaction caps (“New Caps”). 2. An independent board committee letter to independent shareholders. 3. An independent financial adviser’s opinion on the transaction and New Caps. 4. Notice of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for shareholder approval.

The board is chaired by Liu Bo and comprises nine directors, including executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive members. The announcement was released from Wuhan, Hubei, on 30 June 2026.
