San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Ltd. (“San Miguel HK”) announced on 28 August 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (info.sanmiguel.com.hk) and the HKEXnews portal. Printed copies have also been dispatched to registered shareholders.

Under section 833 of Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), San Miguel HK is requesting all newly registered shareholders to consent to receiving future corporate communications electronically via the company and HKEX websites. If no written objection is lodged within 28 days—on or before 25 September 2026—shareholders will be deemed to have accepted web-based dissemination. Subsequent communications will then be provided online unless shareholders later notify the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, to opt for printed copies.

Shareholders preferring paper documents must complete and return the enclosed reply form or email sanmiguel.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying their name, address and the request for hard-copy materials. This instruction remains valid for one year from receipt. Investors opting for electronic delivery are urged to supply or update their email details via the personalised QR code on the reply form to ensure timely notifications.

For enquiries, shareholders may contact the share registrar on +852 2862 8688 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
