Consistent Record lifts stake in Low Keng Huat to 84.23% after further share purchases

Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited (F1E) said Consistent Record Pte. Ltd.’s voluntary conditional general offer has resulted in the offeror owning, controlling or receiving acceptances for 622.32 million shares, equal to about 84.23% of the company’s 738.82 million issued shares, as of Jan, 21 2026.

On the same day, Consistent Record bought 403,500 shares on the Singapore Exchange at 0.78 Singapore dollars each, adding roughly 0.05% to its interest.

Since the offer was announced on Nov, 28 2025, the offeror has acquired 15.80 million shares, or 2.14% of the company, outside of acceptances. Valid acceptances now total 206.28 million shares, including 160.94 million shares tendered by concert parties.

The offer price was previously raised to 0.78 Singapore dollars per share, and the closing date has been extended to 5:30 p.m. Singapore time on Feb, 13 2026.
