周二，中慧生物-B 在港交所发布公告称，由于黑色暴雨警告及2025年8月5日上午恶劣天气导致的极端情况，招股章程及正式通告所载的全球发售预期时间表将据此推迟。全球发售将采用经更新预期时间表，预期股份将于2025年8月11日（原定于8月8日）开始在联交所买卖。
