2026年8月5日，北京昭衍新药研究中心股份有限公司（下称“昭衍新药”，港股股票代码：06127，A股股票代码：603127）公布2026年7月股份变动月报，报告期截至2026年7月31日。根据公告，昭衍新药本期H股无新增发行或库存变动，A股因限制性股票激励计划完成授予动作，导致公司A股已发行股份与库存股之间的数量发生相应变动。
