CGN NEW ENERGY (01811) Reports Cumulative Power Generation of 19,000 GWh for 2025, a 0.8% Decrease Year-on-Year

CGN NEW ENERGY (01811) announced that in December 2025, the Group's power generation on a consolidated basis reached 1,503.8 gigawatt-hours (GWh), representing a 2.6% increase compared to December 2024. Within this total, power generation from wind projects in China rose by 11.4%, solar projects in China surged by 42.0%, while hydro projects in China decreased by 37.8% and projects in South Korea declined by 17.9%. For the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2025, the Group's cumulative power generation reached 19,000 GWh, reflecting a 0.8% decrease compared to the full year of 2024. Breaking down the annual figures, generation from wind projects in China saw a slight decrease of 0.4%, solar projects in China registered a significant increase of 31.3%, gas projects in China grew by 9.4%, whereas hydro projects in China fell by 12.3% and projects in South Korea decreased by 8.3%.
