ZCZL Industrial Technology Group Company Limited reported unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Revenue slipped 6.05% year on year to RMB 18.77 billion, while gross profit contracted 21.56% to RMB 3.65 billion, trimming the gross margin to 19.45%.
Net profit attributable to shareholders declined 36.17% to RMB 1.61 billion, with total profit at RMB 1.67 billion. Basic and diluted earnings per share were RMB 0.92, compared with RMB 1.43 a year earlier.
Segment performance diverged sharply: • Coal-mining machinery revenue fell 20.72% to RMB 7.18 billion and segment profit dropped to RMB 0.89 billion. • Auto-parts revenue rose to RMB 10.54 billion, supporting segment profit of RMB 0.42 billion amid expanding new-energy and intelligent-chassis orders. • Industrial-intelligence products generated RMB 1.04 billion in revenue and RMB 0.39 billion in profit, lifted by smart-manufacturing contracts.
Operating cash inflow increased to RMB 1.98 billion (1H 2025: RMB 1.45 billion), while cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB 3.59 billion. Borrowings totaled RMB 6.65 billion, with 92% unsecured; the average interest rate on variable-rate loans ranged from 1.95% to 3.27%.
Capital expenditure reached RMB 1.17 billion, and outstanding authorised capex not yet provided amounted to RMB 456.23 million at period-end.
The board did not declare an interim dividend. In March 2026 shareholders approved a final dividend of RMB 1.25 per share (RMB 2.19 billion), which was paid in July.
Strategic initiatives advanced during the half: • Issuance of up to RMB 4.14 billion in A-share convertible bonds was accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 18 June 2026; first-round review queries have been addressed. • Post-period, on 25 August 2026, shareholders cleared a centrally-bidded A-share buy-back plan; implementation will follow approved parameters. • The Group acquired 90% of Asimco Shuangge Drive Technology (Suzhou) for RMB 34.29 million, adding RMB 23.44 million of goodwill.
No material litigation was reported, and the Group confirmed compliance with debt covenants. The board highlighted ongoing digital-transformation progress and reiterated its focus on intelligent industrial solutions amid softer global demand and heightened competition.
