The filing shows no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the month, while confirming that the company continues to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Authorised / Registered Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to USD 0.50 million in aggregate.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 1.43 billion; no new shares were issued and no treasury shares were created or cancelled in August. • Although the monthly balance was flat, a repurchase of 2.42 million shares executed on 26 June 2026 is pending formal cancellation and is therefore reflected as a negative adjustment under “Other Movements” in the return.

Regulatory Compliance • Director Yue’e Zhang confirmed that all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and legal requirements were observed, and that the company’s public float comfortably exceeds the 25% threshold stipulated by Main Board Rule 13.32B.
