Shenzhen International Holdings Limited (Shenzhen Int’l) has introduced a scrip dividend scheme for its final dividend of HK$0.46 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Under the programme, shareholders recorded on 20 May 2026 may choose among three settlement options: 1) receive the entire dividend in new shares (scrip shares); 2) take the dividend wholly in cash; or 3) elect a combination of cash and scrip shares.

Key timetable highlights: • Record date: 20 May 2026 • Election deadline: 4:30 p.m. on 9 June 2026 (submission to Tricor Investor Services Limited) • Despatch of share certificates and/or cash dividend warrants: on or about 22 June 2026

Shareholders taking no action will automatically receive the dividend entirely in scrip shares. Those opting for cash, in whole or in part, must complete and return the election form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar before the stated deadline.

The scrip dividend is subject to the terms set out in the circular dated 22 May 2026 and the company’s Memorandum of Association and Bye-laws.
