中国中铁公告显示，2026年上半年营收为4731.07亿元，同比下降7.7%。毛利为376.60亿元，同比下降11.2%，毛利率为8.0%，较上年同期减少0.3个百分点。经营利润达到153.96亿元，同比下滑16.2%。经营活动净现金流量出现866.61亿元流出，相比去年同期扩大约8.8%。
成本方面，销售及营销费用为28.24亿元，同比下降0.9%；管理费用支出99.41亿元，同比减少11.2%；研发投入65.20亿元，同比下降19.6%。
业务分项
基础设施建设业务收入4103.96亿元，同比下降8.5%。公告提到，在行业需求收缩与市场竞争压力下，公路和市政项目盈利水平降低是收入减少的主要原因。
设计与咨询业务收入76.26亿元，同比下降19.0%。
装备制造业务收入159.52亿元，同比减少1.2%。
房地产业务收入112.99亿元，同比下降28.6%。
其他业务收入450.23亿元，同比下降2.6%。
五大板块合计实现营收4731.07亿元，整体降幅为7.7%。由于行业环境和市场因素等变化，各板块业绩表现承压。
