2026年7月16日，华昊中天医药-B（02563）公告称，公司已根据早前签订的认购协议完成交割，并向认购方按每股4.00港元发行25,000,000股新股份。
此次发行前，公司已发行股份为364,588,000股；发行后增至389,588,000股。发行完成后，各主要股东持股情况如下：
1. Tang Li博士通过其控制的多家主体及个人持股，合计持有102,929,229股，占公司已发行股本26.42%，较发行前的28.23%有所摊薄。 2. 认购方持股由4,170,800股（1.14%）增至29,170,800股（7.49%）。 3. Qiu Rongguo博士持股维持在205,585股，占比0.05%。 4. 其他股东合计持股257,282,386股，占比66.04%，较发行前的70.57%下降。
公司董事会确认，除股本结构变动外，其余条款按此前公告执行完毕。
