Zhongchang International Sets 28 Aug 2026 Board Meeting to Review H1 Results and Potential Interim Dividend

Zhongchang International Holdings Group Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 August 2026. The meeting’s agenda includes:

• Reviewing and approving the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. • Considering the declaration of an interim dividend, if any. • Approving the publication of the interim financial report.

The notice was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Chen Zhiwei on 14 August 2026 in Hong Kong. The current Board comprises three executive directors (Chen Zhiwei, Ku Ka Lee, and Wu Hao), three non-executive directors (Wu Jun, Wong Chi Keung Kenjie, and Yu Dan), and three independent non-executive directors (Liew Fui Kiang, Liu Xin, and Yip Tai Him).

Investors will gain further insight into Zhongchang International’s mid-year financial performance and any potential dividend distributions once the Board finalizes its review later this month.
