回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）变更为248,634,215股，库存股份增至2,959,500股。根据2025年6月27日通过的购回授权，本次回购后已累计回购2,959,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的1.2551%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法例。公告由董事李阳签署。
