Pacific Basin Shipping Limited Announces Board and Committee Updates

Pacific Basin Shipping Limited, on 3 March 2026, announced changes to the Board of Directors and its committees. The company confirmed it has a total of eleven Directors.

Key adjustments include the appointment of Dr. Harindarpal Singh Banga to the Audit Committee and the assignment of Mr. Angad Banga to the Sustainability Committee. In addition, Ms. Wang Xiaojun Heather now serves as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, while Mrs. Irene Waage Basili remains a member of the same committee.
