China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited (CISI FIN) has completed open-market disposals of China Cinda (2020) I Management Limited’s 2.43% guaranteed notes due 8 April 2030. Between 27 October 2025 and 7 September 2026, its wholly owned subsidiary, CISI Investment, sold an aggregate principal of CNY105.00 million (HK$122.47 million) for total proceeds of CNY106.01 million (HK$123.65 million).

The latest transactions, together with nine earlier sales executed since October 2025, lift cumulative disposals of the notes to CNY115.00 million in principal for total proceeds of CNY106.01 million in the current tranche and CNY95.85 million previously. The most recent disposal on 7 September 2026 involved a CNY10.00 million tranche sold for CNY10.16 million.

CISI FIN realised an estimated profit of CNY2.17 million (HK$2.54 million) on the disposals, reflecting the spread between acquisition cost, sales proceeds and coupon income received during the holding period. Net cash of about CNY106.01 million is earmarked for general working capital and potential new investments.

The sales exceed the 5% but remain below the 25% thresholds under Hong Kong Listing Rule 14.07 when aggregated with prior sales, classifying the transaction as “discloseable” and subject only to reporting and announcement requirements; no shareholder approval is required.

The underlying issuer of the notes, China Cinda (2020) I Management Limited, is a British Virgin Islands financing vehicle wholly owned by China Cinda (HK) Holdings Company Limited, which guarantees the notes. The notes form part of a CNY2.30 billion issue within a US$7.40 billion MTN programme.
