China ComService Calls 28 May 2026 Domestic Shareholders’ Class Meeting to Approve 10% H-Share Buyback Mandate

China Communications Services Corporation Limited (“China ComService”) has scheduled its Second Domestic Shareholders’ Class Meeting for 28 May 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in Beijing. The single agenda item is a special resolution seeking domestic shareholders’ consent to grant the Board a general mandate to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s issued H shares (excluding any treasury shares).

The “Relevant Period” for the proposed mandate extends from the date of approval by the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, Domestic Shareholders’ Class Meeting and H-Shareholders’ Class Meeting until the earliest of: 1) the conclusion of the next annual general meeting; or 2) the date on which the mandate is revoked or varied by shareholders at a general or class meeting.

Shareholders registered on the domestic share register as of 28 May 2026 are eligible to attend and vote. The register of members will be closed from 22 May 2026 to 28 May 2026 (both days inclusive) for this purpose. Voting at the meeting will be conducted by poll, and proxies must be lodged no later than 10:30 a.m. on 27 May 2026.

The meeting will be held at the company’s headquarters located at Block No. 1, Compound No. 1, Fenghuangzui Street, Fengtai District, Beijing. Shareholders are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
