Web3 Meta Limited (Stock Code: 08093) disclosed that on 4 November 2025, 8,246,400 ordinary shares were allotted and issued pursuant to a subscription agreement dated 15 September 2025. The subscription price was HKD 1.6 per share.
The issuance represents a 20% increase from the previous total of 41,232,000 issued shares, bringing the company’s total number of issued shares to 49,478,400. The disclosure also confirms that relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements have been duly fulfilled.
