The company announced that by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, which was the final deadline for the placing agent to place the unsubscribed shares, 436 million unsubscribed shares had been successfully placed at a price of HK$0.4753 per share, equivalent to the subscription price.

Consequently, no net proceeds were allocated under the compensation arrangement to non-action shareholders and excluded shareholders.

Based on the subscription results of the rights issue shares and the placement results of the compensation arrangement, the total number of rights issue shares to be allotted and issued is 576 million shares, representing 100% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the rights issue.
