Following Cathay Pacific, its subsidiary Hong Kong Express has announced it will adjust passenger fuel surcharges starting March 18. For flights departing from Hong Kong, the surcharge will be raised to 290 Hong Kong dollars. Other routes will be determined based on the applicable departure location and local currency.
