本次回购数量为882,087股，约占本次交易前公司总股本3,529,617,544股的0.025%。每股回购价格介乎每股5.61美元至5.83美元，合计耗资4,999,993美元。回购完成后，公司已发行A类普通股数目3,391,029,167股保持不变，库存股数目无变动。
公告显示，此次股份回购根据2025年6月27日获得股东大会通过的购回授权进行。该授权允许回购的股份总数为360,216,007股，截至目前已累计回购109,742,682股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本总数约3.047%。
