On April 27, multiple users reported that the hotel booking platform "Huazhu Hui" App was malfunctioning, preventing them from searching for hotel information through the app or completing check-in at hotel front desks. Customer service representatives for Huazhu Hui stated that simultaneous upgrades to both the front desk system and the App system had affected some guests. The staff mentioned that affected consumers could apply for coupon compensation and confirmed that the system has now returned to normal operation.
