冷饮正在星巴克咖啡大战中占据上风

星巴克的业务正日益“降温”。该公司透露,目前其在美国门店约三分之二的订单为冰饮,这一比例较2013年的37%显著提升。这一趋势不仅限于美国市场,冰浓缩咖啡、果味Refreshers系列、冰抹茶及冰茶拿铁等冷饮已占据星巴克全球销售额的60%。星巴克周四表示:“冷饮不仅规模在增长,更在重塑我们的菜单结构。”

年轻消费者尤其是冰饮消费的主力军,各大连锁品牌也纷纷跟进布局。荷兰兄弟咖啡等规模较小的竞争对手已建立起可观的冷饮业务,而麦当劳和塔可贝尔也在加速扩展其冰饮产品线。
