JF SmartInvest executes HK$5.22 million share buyback, reducing free float by 0.04%

JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, reporting an on-market repurchase of 201,300 ordinary shares on 18 June 2026.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$25.20 to HK$27.32, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$25.91, for a total consideration of HK$5.22 million. All repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled.

Following the transaction, outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 464.29 million to 464.08 million, a 0.0434% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 4.27 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 468.36 million.

The buyback utilized a small portion of the 46.41 million-share mandate approved on 18 June 2026, representing 0.0434% of the authorised limit. Under Hong Kong listing rules, JF SmartInvest cannot issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares until 18 July 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules, laws and regulatory requirements.
