WellCell Holdings Co., Limited (02477) released its monthly return for the period ended 28 February 2026, confirming that the authorized share capital remains 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD0.005, totaling HKD10.00 million. The issued share capital also remains unchanged at 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares.
The company confirmed it satisfies the minimum public float requirement of 25%. A share option scheme adopted on 15 December 2023 allows for the possible issuance of up to 100.00 million shares related to the scheme; however, no share options have been granted to date and no new shares were issued during the month.
