Glorious Sun names Cindy Cheung as Company Secretary following Vivian Hoi’s resignation

Glorious Sun Enterprises Limited announced that Company Secretary Hoi Siu Ling will step down effective 26 March 2026. The Board confirmed that Hoi has no disagreements with directors and that no matters require shareholder attention in connection with her departure.

Effective the same date, Cindy Cheung Kar Mun becomes the new Company Secretary. Cheung joined Glorious Sun in December 2025 and previously served in professional accounting firms and several Main Board–listed companies. Her experience covers financial management, audit, information disclosure, corporate governance and company secretarial affairs.

Cheung holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a fellow of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is also a Chartered Secretary with The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK).

The Board expressed gratitude to Hoi for her service and extended a welcome to Cheung. As of the announcement date, executive directors include Dr. Charles Yeung, Yeung Chun Fan, Hui Chung Shing, Cheung Wai Yee and Yeung Yin Chi; independent non-executive directors are Lau Hon Chuen, Dr. Chan Chung Bun, Ng Wing Ka and Choi Tak Shing.
