2026年6月29日，博雅互动国际有限公司（00434）公告回购股份的翌日披露报表。公司于当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股998,000股，占该次回购前已发行股本约0.1315%。本次回购价格区间为每股2.08港元至2.16港元，总金额约213.49万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）变动为758,037,730股，库藏股数量增至12,939,000股。根据2026年6月18日通过的购回授权，博雅互动国际可回购的股份总数为76,239,373股，迄今已累计回购4,356,000股，占授权通过日已发行股本约0.5714%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规。
