神州控股(00861)发布股东周年大会通告，建议就截至2025年12月31日止年度派发末期股息每股3.6港仙。该建议须经股东于二零二六年六月二十六日（星期五）举行的股东周年大会上批准后方可作实。
若该议案获通过，上述末期股息将派付予于二零二六年七月六日（星期一）名列公司股东名册的股东。为确定收取建议末期股息的资格，公司将于相关期间暂停办理股份过户登记，所有股份转让文件连同有关股票须于二零二六年七月六日下午四时三十分前送交公司股份过户登记分处卓佳证券登记有限公司办理登记手续。股息的除净日及具体派发日期将另行公布。
本次股东周年大会还将处理重选董事、续聘核数师及授予董事会一般性授权以配发及回购股份等事宜。大会将以虚拟会议形式通过电子投票平台举行。
