Nordic Group posts higher 3Q25 revenue; maintains strong order book of 209 million Singapore dollars

Nordic Group Limited reported on Dec, 4 2025 that revenue for the third quarter ended Sep, 30 2025 rose 1 % year on year to 45.4 million Singapore dollars, while net profit increased 7 % to 4.4 million Singapore dollars. Gross profit margin eased to 20.6 % from 22.2 %, and EBITDA slipped 4 % to 6.9 million Singapore dollars, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 15.1 % versus 16.1 % a year earlier.

For the nine-month period to Sep, 30 2025, revenue grew 8 % to 130.3 million Singapore dollars. Net profit was unchanged at 12.7 million Singapore dollars, with a gross profit margin of 21.9 % (9M24: 22.8 %) and EBITDA of 19.8 million Singapore dollars, down 7 % from the prior-year period.

Net asset value per share increased to 32 Singapore cents from 31 cents at end-2024, supported by “value-accretive acquisitions and ongoing operational discipline.” The company’s net gearing ratio improved to 3 % at Sep, 30 2025, compared with 13 % at end-2024, reflecting a stronger balance sheet.

Nordic’s outstanding order book stood at 209.2 million Singapore dollars as of Sep, 30 2025, underpinned by higher maintenance contracts that provide recurring income and revenue visibility.

Contract wins during the period included 48.7 million Singapore dollars of new work announced on Jul, 12 2025 and 70.3 million Singapore dollars secured on Dec, 3 2025. The awards cover system integration, precision engineering, scaffolding and insulation, clean-room services, and structural engineering across marine, petrochemical, infrastructure and semiconductor sectors.

Since 2022 the company has repurchased 1.73 million shares, or about 0.43 % of issued capital, at a volume-weighted average price of 0.3318 Singapore dollars per share. The share-buyback mandate was renewed at the Apr, 29 2025 annual general meeting.

Management said it will “continue to build momentum and capture opportunities” while leveraging its enlarged order book and healthy balance sheet.
