中国卫生集团有限公司（00673）7月13日公告，已就承德市中级人民法院2026年5月12日作出并于5月21日送达的民事判决书，于2026年6月3日向承德市中级人民法院提交民事上诉状，并于7月6日依法缴纳案件受理费。
根据民事上诉状，公司提出三项上诉请求： 1. 撤销原民事判决书； 2. 改判支持公司在一审中的全部诉讼请求； 3. 判令一、二审诉讼费用由被告共同承担。
公司表示，上诉理由包括承德中院在事实认定及法律适用方面存在错误，并遗漏关键证据。该上诉案件将由河北省高级人民法院受理。
中国卫生集团称，将在适当时机发布进一步公告，通报事项的重大进展，并提醒股东及潜在投资者于买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
