CapitaLand Ascott Trust announced that it has completed the divestment of Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo.
The managers, CapitaLand Ascott Trust Management Limited and CapitaLand Ascott Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd., said they will issue a separate notice on the divestment fees, which will be paid in stapled securities, in due course.
The transaction was completed on Oct, 02 2025.
