BANK OF TIANJIN (01578) announced that its board of directors has reviewed and passed a relevant proposal, appointing the bank's Executive Director and Board Secretary, Ms. Dong Xiaodong, as Chief Compliance Officer. Her term will commence from the date her qualification for the role is approved by the Tianjin Supervision Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration and will last until the expiration of the bank's eighth board of directors term.
