丽新制衣国际有限公司（“公司”）将于2026年2月26日（星期四）下午2时30分在香港香港仔黄竹坑道180号香港海洋公园万豪酒店B层宴会厅1号召开股东大会，审议并酌情通过包括批准、确认及追认公司订立之协议以及同意出售事项的普通决议案。股东大会还将就授权公司任何董事签署相关文件、完成后续手续等事宜进行表决。公司提醒股东如欲出席并行使投票权，须于2月20日（星期五）下午4时30分前向登记处递交过户文件。若当日中午12时30分后预期有八号或以上热带气旋警告信号或黑色暴雨警告信号生效，公司将另行公布延期安排。
