国开国际投资有限公司（01062）8月10日发布盈利警告称，根据对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月投资组合的初步审阅，公司预计期内归属于公司拥有人亏损约9,073万港元，较2025年同期亏损约1,168万港元显著扩大。亏损增加的主要原因是按公平值计入损益的金融资产在本期出现的公平值估值亏损较去年同期大幅增加。\n\n公司表示，作为投资公司，其投资项目在不同市场环境下录得重大公平值变动属正常情况，相关变动可能为暂时性，并不一定代表最终出售或到期结果。公司仍将寻求良好的投资机会。\n\n截至公告披露时，公司尚未完成2026年中期未经审计业绩，以上数据基于目前可得资料的初步评估，未经审核委员会及核数师审阅。详细财务业绩将于2026年8月刊发的中期业绩公告中披露。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时谨慎行事，并建议如有疑问应寻求专业意见。
