BOSS直聘-W(02076)于2026年5月4日发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于2026年4月30日及5月1日分别回购592,148股及586,832股A类普通股，合计回购1,178,980股，约占相关回购前已发行股本的0.06124%和0.06069%，每股回购价格区间分别为6.685美元至6.825美元及6.735美元至6.825美元，合计付出的价格总额约7,988,163.83美元（约798.82万美元）。
同时，公告指出，公司自2025年6月27日经股东大会通过购回授权后，可回购股份总数为91,613,918股。截至2026年5月1日，公司已累计购回17,897,492股，占授权通过日已发行股本的约1.9536%。本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持在840,422,467股，库存股数为0股。公司确认，相关回购均已遵守香港联交所上市规则及其他适用法律法规。
