Shareholders can access the materials through two channels:

1. Online access • Company website (www.jancofreight.com → Investor Relations → Announcements & Circulars) • Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk)

2. Printed copies • Distributed according to the shareholder’s standing instruction • Additional copies can be requested free of charge via the enclosed Change Request Form and mailed (postage-paid in Hong Kong) to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

Shareholders may at any time change their preferred method or language of receipt—online version, English hard copy, Chinese hard copy, or both languages—by submitting the Change Request Form or emailing 8035-ecom@vistra.com.
