CHEVALIER INT'L (00025) announced that Mr. He Zongliang, an executive director of the company, will not seek re-election at the annual general meeting and will retire as executive director upon conclusion of the annual general meeting. Mr. He has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board of Directors and there are no matters concerning his retirement from the Board that need to be brought to shareholders' attention. Accordingly, he will also cease to serve as a member of the Executive Committee. Effective September 1, 2025, Mr. Shi Ronghuai has been appointed as a member of the company's Nomination Committee.
