铁建装备(01786)宣布，在2026年6月25日举行的2025年度股东大会上，股东已批准派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股人民币0.029元（含税），总金额约为44.08百万元。股息预计于2026年8月21日或前后派付。
为确定享有末期股息的股东身份，公司H股股东名册将于2026年7月4日至7月10日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记，股权登记日为2026年7月10日。H股持有人须于2026年7月3日下午4时30分前，将股份过户文件连同有关股票及过户表格送交公司H股过户登记处香港中央证券登记有限公司。内资股股息将以人民币支付，H股股息则以港元支付，按中国人民银行于股息宣派当日前一个公历星期公布的人民币兑港元中间价平均汇率（1港元兑人民币0.86958元）计算，每股H股应付股息为0.033港元（含税）。
根据税务规定，公司向境外H股非居民企业股东派发股息时，将按10%的税率代扣代缴企业所得税；H股个人股东则暂免征收个人所得税。公司明确，不对因股东身份确认错误而引致的任何索偿或争议承担责任。
