宋都服务集团有限公司(“宋都服务集团”，股份代号：9608)于2026年1月15日公告，旗下附属公司杭州启寓生活服务有限公司(“杭州启寓”)及浙江和辰企业管理有限公司(“浙江和辰”)与中国民生银行(股份代号：600016)签订结构性存款产品协议，分别认购人民币990万元及人民币1,600万元的保本型浮动收益产品。
根据公告，杭州启寓认购的产品为“聚赢黄金-挂钩黄金AU9999看涨二元结构性存款”，存款期限91天，起息日为2026年1月16日，到期日为2026年4月17日，预期年利率为1.0%-1.63%。浙江和辰认购的产品为“聚赢汇率-挂钩欧元对美元汇率结构性存款”，每14天为一个周期，起息日为2026年1月16日，不设固定到期日，预期年利率为0.97%-1.53%，产品将自动续存。两项结构性存款产品均为一级风险评级(保守型产品)，原则上无提前终止及赎回权。
公告指出，此次认购以合理运用集团闲置资金、提高资金利用率为目的。根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则，由于适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，该交易构成须予披露交易，需要遵守相关申报及披露规定。
