Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on November 26, a shareholder of CHINA UPTOWN (02330) transferred shares from Construction Asia to China Galaxy Securities Hong Kong, with a transfer value of HK$19.61 million, accounting for 7.87% of the shares.

On October 28, CHINA UPTOWN announced that all conditions under the placement agreement had been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on October 28, 2025. A total of 75.47 million placement shares were successfully allocated by the placing agent to three placees at HK$0.180 per share, in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement. The placees included Mr. Chen Hui, Ms. Liu Xiaoling, and Mr. Li Yanyong. The placement shares represented approximately 16.67% of the company's enlarged issued share capital following the placement.
