Galaxis Tech (02729) released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, on August 31. During the period, the company recorded revenue of approximately RMB 505 million, a year-on-year increase of 45.1%. Gross profit climbed 42.7% to around RMB 88.2 million, with the gross margin standing at 17.5%.

Breaking down the business segments, revenue from robotics and system sales reached approximately RMB 492 million, up 43.8% year-on-year, driven primarily by a rise in the number of delivery projects in the Chinese market and the expanding scale of large-scale multifunctional integrated systems and AMR deployment projects. Revenue from after-sales services and other income grew 128.6% to roughly RMB 12.75 million, reflecting sustained growth in after-sales demand as the company’s cumulative delivery portfolio expands.

In terms of market expansion, the company made positive strides both domestically and internationally. In mainland China, Galaxis Tech completed the implementation of a core benchmark project during the reporting period. The facility boasts a total warehouse storage capacity exceeding 800,000 cases and a daily outbound processing capacity of 320,000 order lines. The project deploys 120 MSR units, 98 VFR units, and a 15-kilometer automated conveyor line, achieving a 40% efficiency improvement over traditional manual warehouses. Both the shipping accuracy rate and the on-time delivery rate have remained consistently above 99.9%, underscoring the company's systematic delivery capability in large-scale, complex smart logistics projects.

On the overseas front, the company continues to advance its localization strategy, having already established overseas teams in North America, Southeast Asia, South America, and Europe, while also broadening its partner network. As of the reporting date, the cumulative number of overseas partners reached 22, with operations covering 31 countries and regions. During the period, the company achieved a breakthrough in the Australian market and secured a place on the global shuttle vehicle supplier list of a renowned Swedish home furnishing retailer, marking continued progress in its international expansion efforts.

Notably, the company's order backlog remains robust. As of June 30, 2026, the total value of pending robotics and system orders stood at approximately RMB 2.2 billion, expected to be fulfilled over the next three years. This includes 56 ongoing overseas projects with a combined pending delivery value of around RMB 710 million. The substantial order backlog is poised to offer strong support for the company's future revenue recognition.

Looking ahead, the company plans to continue enriching its robotics product portfolio, expand market share, and deepen customer relationships. At the same time, it will accelerate overseas market development and localization execution, while actively extending into new industries and application scenarios. As the demand for intelligent logistics automation continues to rise, Galaxis Tech is well-positioned to leverage its full-stack solutions combining hardware, software, and artificial intelligence, along with its robotics product matrix, to further cement its competitive edge and drive sustained growth in both domestic and international markets.

Overall, Galaxis Tech achieved rapid revenue growth in the first half of the year with a corresponding increase in gross profit. The company also maintains a substantial order backlog and has made positive inroads in overseas market expansion, providing a strong degree of certainty for future earnings growth.
